How do I place a custom order?

How long does it take to complete an order?
Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks depending on complexity and order volume. Rush orders may be available.

Do you provide design proofs before production?
Yes. You’ll receive a digital proof to approve before we start making your item.

What sizes and materials are available for plaques, signs, and ornaments?
Plaques and signs can be made in a wide range of sizes, from small desk pieces to large wall displays. Materials include solid wood, plywood, and specialty finishes. Ornaments are generally 3–5 inches in size.

Can you match military unit patches, crests, or heritage logos?

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
